EXPERIENCE A TASTE OF LUXURY IN OUR CATERED CHALETS.
On arrival you’ll be welcomed by your professional and friendly host/s and qualified chef who will look after you for the week. Guests don’t need to lift a finger in the kitchen – it’s all part of the luxury service on offer in the catered chalet service.
Toast the week with Champagne and canapés around a roaring log fire, then take a seat at the candlelit table to enjoy the first of the chef’s creations and our handpicked selection of wines.
Choose from our generous breakfast selection which includes cooked options and more healthy choices. Or pastries! Nespresso coffees are available on tap throughout your stay.
Homemade goodies are available on your return from skiing, so if you fancy a sweet treat then help yourselves to a slice of cake and a cuppa.
Using quality ingredients and a whirl of culinary creativity, your chef will provide you with a fine dining experience in the comfort of your chalet, six nights of the week. Wines that have been chosen by a local sommelier will accompany your meal. On the chalet staff’s night off, most of our guests choose to dine in one of the nearby restaurants.
The open bar includes Prosecco, house wines and beer as well as soft drinks.
AT YOUR SERVICE…
As well as fabulous food, the catered service includes daily cleaning and keeping the chalet ship-shape during your stay. Towels are changed midweek. Hot tubs are fully maintained, all you have to do is enjoy them!
An in-resort driver will be available during the day to take you to and from the slopes or village, upon request.
Of course you can ask your knowledgeable host for any information you may need, but when you’re out and about or when the host is not available, our all-day concierge service is available for bookings, recommendations or for any further information. Don’t hesitate to get in touch!
If you order your ski passes through us then they’ll be ready and waiting for you on arrival. More on passes.
Get in touch if you have any special requests for your stay, eg. for birthday or anniversary treats, activity bookings, massage or beauty treatments
Quality linen, towels, robes, 100% natural botanical toiletries from Green & Spring and lip balms from Albus & Flora are provided
Each chalet has its own chef who is qualified and trained in fine dining, so you can expect to ski on a hearty, healthy breakfast, indulge in a slice of tasty homemade cake in the afternoon, and sit down to a delicious and imaginative four-course meal each evening.
TO START YOUR DAY
If you enjoy a cooked breakfast (and what better excuse than a ski holiday?) then your chef will cook your request to order. Take your pick from a continental spread of flaky, buttery croissants, fresh milk, cereals, fruit juices, a selection of fruit and yoghurts, crusty French bread, Nespresso coffees, one of our range of quality teas or a builder’s brew! The choice is yours…
AT THE END OF A HARD DAY ON THE PISTE
Afternoon tea – it’s a ski chalet tradition and no holiday would be complete without a homemade cake, scones or biscuits to top you up after losing all those calories on the hill.
Simpler children’s early meals can be provided – just get in touch in advance of your holiday, and your chef will create nutritious menus for your little ones. If you are one family and would prefer to all eat together, just advise in advance.

It’s a serious business, choosing wine for chalet guests. A specialist supplier called Verre Gourmand is used whose job it is to taste, taste and taste some more, in order to choose their very favourite wines from producers all around the world. Their huge range is then whittled down to provide us with a selection that they think will suit. 18 reds, whites and sparkling wines are then picked to serve to guests.
It doesn’t stop there… The next stage is during staff training: the chefs and hosts get together with our sommelier to discuss their menus, taste the wines and choose made-in-heaven matches for all the dishes on the menu during the week.
You’ll have your pick of 2 proseccos, 2 whites and 2 reds to help yourselves to during your stay. This is alongside the bottled beers and soft drinks that are readily available in the complimentary bar.
Each day, your host will serve the paired wines that the chef and sommelier have chosen to accompany the dishes on the menu. They’ll include bottles from all over France as well as other famous areas in Europe and the New World.
