There’s nothing better after a day’s skiing than a wonderful gourmet feast, created by your own private chef, tailored to your party and served with finesse. In your luxury catered chalet the fire pops and crackles in the background as you sip a glass of Laurent-Perrier, and take bite of a mouthwatering canapé. As your attentive host discreetly fills your glass, you can lie back and relax as the muscles in your legs buzz with the day’s activities.
Incredible smells drift from the kitchen, where your private chef is putting the finishing touches to dinner: paprika wafer with tiger prawns, followed by fillet of beef and thyme rosti. And when the sticky toffee and cardamom pudding appears, you realise resistance is futile.
Unlike the set menu you’ll be served by other chalet operators, your ski chalet chefs tailor the menus to your personal tastes to give you a culinary journey and gourmet experience that only enriches your holiday. Delicious breakfasts are also served and you can enjoy tea in bed each morning too.

NB *Our chalet staff have one day off each week. Breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out and communal areas in the chalet will be tidied up.
There’s nothing quite like the first sip of chilled Laurent-Perrier champagne after a day’s skiing. And with dinner you can enjoy carefully selected fine wines from around the world, available to all chalet guests. At the table, you’ll be served wines from top producers which have been carefully selected to complement that evenings menu. Every year, each wine is tasted and evaluated, the culmination of which is a fine wine menu of superb quality and diversity.
