Overview
The Gästehaus Kneisl is a lovely mix of traditional and modern. It’s in a quiet spot in the heart of Sölden, a short walk from the lifts – but you can always jump on the shuttle bus if you don’t fancy walking in ski boots.
Inside, the Kneisl has a welcoming feel, with bright colours and traditional wooden furniture. You can start your day right with a generous breakfast buffet full of locally-sourced produce. And when you get back from skiing, rejuvenate yourself in the spa, which has a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and hot tub.
Our opinion
A great base from which to experience this amazing resort. Great value too.
Twin en suite rooms, some rooms have a sofa bed for an extra guest
