A stunning boutique luxury chalet with lovely spa facilities


Chalet Lightbowne is the proud recipient of a total refurbishment over the Summer of 2017. The architect has converted a chalet that has historically slept up to 26 guests down to a luxurious and spacious property for 12-14 guests.

Chalet Lightbowne is located in the Mussilon area of Meribel, although the town centre and ski access points are all a short bus ride away, the chalet lays on a driver service to whizz you around the resort as and when you need it.

The sleeping areas are made up of 6 suites spread over 4 floors. Each suite can be configured as a twin or double room. 4 of the 6 rooms feature a free-standing bath tub and every room has shower facilites also.

The chalet has a spa area with sauna and sunken hot tub as well as a seating area. The spacious lounge and dining area take over the middle floor of the chalet.

This is a beautiful chalet, with a really spacious feel to it offering superb service and outstanding value for money.

Each of the professionally trained chefs have experience within fine dining restaurants, private yachts or high end events. They have a passion for ingredients and exacting standards to ensure that each dining experience has the wow factor. Your chef has designed their own gourmet menu for you inspired by local, seasonal produce and international cuisines.

Before you travel the concierge team will be happy to discuss any of your groups’ dietary requirements with you and will ensure that your chef adjusts their menus to fit your needs. We feel that all of our guests deserve to have the same memorable dining experience with us regardless of any intolerances, allergies or tastes.

Whilst gastronomy is really important to our chefs, they also understand that at times you may prefer to enjoy some simple home comforts. Please consult with your chef during your stay and they will be happy to prepare some delicious simpler options.

If you have children in the group our concierge team will contact you, to talk through your childs’ preferences to help the chefs prepare for your stay. Your hosts will understand that the enjoyment of the childrens holiday will correlate with the parents enjoyment so our chefs will be motivated to please the youngsters in the group as much as the adults.
