Chalet Lou Traves is a rustic chalet, located in the tranquil Mussillon area of Meribel. The centre of this bustling resort including the lift base at Chaudanne is a short 10 minute walk from the chalet, or you can easily hop on the ski bus which stops only 3 minutes from the chalet. Here you will also find the vibrant apres-ski scene, as well as a selection of restaurants and shopping areas.

If you prefer to stay a little closer to home, you’ll find ‘Brewers Den’ and ‘O’Sullivans’ bars just around the corner from the chalet, both of which are popular apres spots.

With eight bedrooms, sleeping up to fifteen guests, this is a fantastic chalet base for family or friends looking to explore this wonderful resort. Think exposed wooden beams, wood panelled walls and traditional Savoyard decor. The perfect mountain escape.

The chalet is set over four floors, with entrance to the chalet on the ground floor, where upon entering there is a ski room with heated boot rooms, perfect for ensuring you’ve got toasty warm boots before hitting the slopes each day. On the ground floor, you’ll also find the sauna, the perfect spot in which to ease any aches and pains after a tiring day on the mountain. 

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all located on the first floor. The living is comfortable, warm and cosy thanks to the inviting open fireplace and comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a flat screen television in the living room, perfect if you’re feeling tired and fancy a relaxing evening watching a good film in front of the fire. The dining room and living room are open plan, which creates a lovely communal space in which to enjoy this chalet. Outside of the dining room is a good sized balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Meribel Valley.  Outside of the living and dining room on the spacious terrace, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi, the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a day on the mountains. 

If you need to stay connected for work or to stream your favourite TV shows, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet apartment. If you are travelling by car, there is space to park one car in front of the chalet.
