Overview

A family ski specialist runs this chalet; to book into this chalet you must have at least one child in your group.

The Caribou is located in the same building as its sister chalet, the Canvolan. The nursery is opposite in the chalet Iceberg and the snow club is 50 metres aware in the Chalet Yosemite. All you need for the perfect family ski holiday is on the doorstep! The skiing is close by too, the Chardonnet lift is just 250 metres away and the Marmottons children’s ski area is 500m away.

Both the Caribou and Canvolan takes up one floor of the building and share a cinema room and a sauna, both of which are on the same floor as Chalet Caribou.

Chalet Caribou sleeps 8-12 guests in 3 family suites. All of which have their own en suite facilities and balconies that boast amazing views over the valley.

One of the joys of choosing to take a catered chalet or Chalet Hotel ski holiday is that you’re not doing the cooking. Your staff prepare and serve breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal including wine and coffee, on six days a week in our . On the staff day off, a continental breakfast will be provided for you.

The staff night off gives you a chance to sample some of the delicious local restaurants an ensure that you don’t leave the Alps without your fill of Weiner Schnitzel or Fondue! Our Baby Listening Service ensures that you can enjoy your meal out without worry.

High standards are set for your cuisine, training our staff extensively before the season starts to ensure that you will enjoy every meal.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served buffet-style with a selection of cold options including a choice of cereals or porridge, cold meats, cheese and preserves, bread (and croissants in France), fruit juices, tea and coffee and a cooked breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs and beans.

On the staff day off, a continental style breakfast is laid out for you to help yourselves.

Afternoon Tea
Every day, apart from our staff day off, a home-baked cake and tea and coffee making facilities are laid out for you to help yourself when you return from the slopes.
