Overview
The Carmen is a duplex attic apartment in a convenient location from which to access the skiing and one of only a handful of properties in Zermatt that you can almost ski back to. The nearest piste drops you off just 200m walk from the entrance tunnel to the building that houses the Carmen, so not technically ski to the door but pretty close! The church square with its array of bars and shops are a 5 minute walk in the other direction.
The Carmen sleeps 8 guests in 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of which are en suite, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath!) The living area is comfortable with leather sofas and a mezzanine level with a TV “snug”, great for banishing the kids to during your evening meal or for a bit of quiet time in front of a movie. This area can also sleep and extra 2 guest on a sofa bed if you require a bit of extra space.
The property has south and east facing balconies with lovely views towards the river.
Guests of the chalet can use a shared wellness area with a sauna and a jacuzzi hot-tub.

Top end chalets that are ski to the door are very rare. This is one of the better ones and offers exceptional value for money.
When you book this chalet on a half board basis, your dedicated team of 2 members of staff, your private Chalet Chef and Chalet Host & Concierge, will be looking after you before, during and after your stay.
