Overview
The Gemini is one of four chalet apartments in the Les Perles collection. The location is secluded and peaceful but still within easy striking distance of the skiing. Ski access is convenient; 200m from the Matterhorn Express base lift station and resort run there is a street level tunnel which leads you to a lift (elevator) built inside the mountain, from the top of which there is a gentle 2 minute walk to the property. The town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away too. The chalet does not have a Matterhorn view but it does catch the sun as soon as it rises.
This luxurious chalet sleeps 10 in 5 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The Gemini has several balconies from which to enjoy the elevated location. The features you would expect of a chalet of this quality are all present and correct; outdoor hot tub, sauna, large flat screen TV with DVD and satellite/cable TV. Wi Fi is also available in the property.
Gemini is part of our chalet group called Les Perles. These four chalets can be combined and depending on the size of the group will host up to 16, 18, 24, 26 or 34 guests

Our opinion
This apartment is one of our favourite chalets in Zermatt thanks to its modern design and superb food. It isn’t cheap but it does offer very good value for money regardless.
When you book this chalet on a half board basis, your dedicated team of 2 members of staff, your private Chalet Chef and Chalet Host & Concierge, will be looking after you before, during and after your stay. They will offer you a very high standard of half-board dining and service in the chalet, while your dedicated housekeeping team will take care of the daily cleaning.
