Chalet 420 L’Ele is a stunning, renovated stable located only a few minutes’ drive from the bustling centre of Morzine. Hop on the free bus service that stops nearby the chalet, or add on the exclusive resort driver service and be chauffeured to the ski lifts, restaurants, shops and bars for the duration of your stay. You can also reach the resort centre by foot, in a 15 minute walk that takes you over the suspension bridge and along the snow-covered valley.

This chalet was once a traditional horse stable, but has been tastefully renovated into a modern 10-person accommodation featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, designer fixtures and furnishings, and all the mod-cons. Relax in the outdoor hot-tub and take in the views of the valley at this beautiful and calm mountain retreat.

As you step through the door on the entrance level, you will enter a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space that is flooded with light by the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the garden. Step onto the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunshine that lasts through to the evening, or cosy up around your wood-burning stove with a hot chocolate. Behind you, you’ll find a large kitchen with everything you need for a self-catered holiday, and a large dining table where you can catch up about your day on the slopes.

Upstairs are two en-suite twin or double bedrooms, and a large master suite with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Think freestanding bath, exposed original beams and views out over the valley – a real romantic escape. Downstairs you will find a separate apartment-style layout that has a second living space with wood-burning stove and television, a small kitchen, and two large en-suite bedrooms that can be configured as either twins or doubles.

The layout of this chalet works perfectly for two families sharing or multi-generational families thanks to the variety of living spaces. Perfect if you want the children to all eat earlier, or if Grandma and Grandad need to get a bit of peace and quiet!

With this chalet you also have parking for up to four cars, ski and boot storage, 24-hour resort concierge, complimentary toiletries, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, Sky TV, and possibly our favourite part… use of the chalet’s GoPro and attachments to record all of your epic day’s skiing.
